SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please review the following policies for BOTUXO EXPRESS LIMO. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
• Early/Late Pickup Surcharge Rides scheduled between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM will incur a surcharge of $10.00 to $30.00, depending on the specific time and pickup location.
• Additional Stops A minimum charge of $20.00 will be applied for each additional stop requested, based on distance and time.
• Airport Waiting Time We track your flight. Complimentary waiting time begins once the flight has officially arrived at the gate:

Domestic arrivals: 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

International arrivals: 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary window will be charged accordingly to the vehicle type(SUV/Sedan).
• Wait & Return / Scheduled Pickups A strict 10-minute grace period is provided for standard scheduled pickups. After the grace period expires, waiting time will be charged in 15-minute increments, based on the vehicle type.
• Additional Fees All rides are subject to applicable gratuity, round-trip tolls, parking fees, airport fees, and any other necessary out-of-pocket costs required to execute the trip.
• Passenger Responsibility & Cleaning Fees

Passengers are fully responsible for any physical damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle during the trip.

A $200.00 cleaning fee will be automatically applied to the card on file for any spills, vomit, or excessive messes that require professional detailing or take the vehicle out of service.

Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Any cancellation made within 4 hours of the pickup time will be charged the full fare.

Prepaid Bookings: If a prepaid booking is cancelled in advance (outside the 4-hour window), a refund will be issued minus a 10% processing fee to cover transaction costs.

No-Show: A no-show fee equal to the base fare plus any applicable waiting time will be charged if the chauffeur is on location and no contact is made by the passenger.
• Policy Updates Botuxo Express Limo reserves the right to update or modify these terms based on market conditions, reservation details, or vehicle availability. Any specific terms confirmed in writing during your direct booking will supersede the general terms listed here.
